These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Monkace Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to clients ("Client," "you," or "your"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Monkace Marketing offers digital advertising services, including but not limited to:
Google Ads campaign management
Facebook and Instagram Ads campaign management
Ad copywriting and creative design
Campaign optimization and analytics
These services are subject to change or modification at any time.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
Ensure compliance with Google and Meta (Facebook) advertising policies.
Supply necessary assets (logos, images, ad copy approvals, etc.) in a timely manner.
Maintain an active advertising budget in the respective ad accounts.
4. Ad Spend & Budgeting
The Client is responsible for funding ad spend directly in their ad accounts.
Monkace Marketing is not liable for fluctuations in ad costs or platform performance.
No guarantees are made regarding specific results or ROI.
5. Campaign Performance & Liability
While we optimize campaigns for the best performance, results vary based on market conditions and platform algorithms.
Monkace Marketing is not responsible for account suspensions, disapprovals, or policy violations caused by Client-provided content.
6. Intellectual Property
All ad creatives, copy, and campaign strategies developed by Monkace Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
The Client retains rights to their own brand assets and materials provided to us.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information, including business strategies, ad performance data, and trade secrets, private and not disclose them to third parties.
8. Termination & Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for completed work or paid service periods.
If ad accounts are suspended or banned by Google/Facebook due to policy violations outside our control, Monkace Marketing is not liable for refunds.
9. Limitation of Liability
Monkace Marketing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from advertising services.
In any case, liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the last "one month" of service.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
